Marking and drilling the boards

Front Board

Mark a line at the spine edge of the boards 15mm from the spine.

Make 3 marks at the head and tail 5, 10 and 15mm.

Transfer the marks from the spine round to the front.

Drilling the holes

Using a 2mm drill make the holes at the head and tail at an angle with the drill exiting the front of the board at the 15mm mark. This is tricky but it doesn't have to be exact.

Repeat for the middle three holes on the spine - DO NOT drill the end two holes.

Back Board

Repeat for the back board, making sure that the holes all exit to what will be the outside of the boards.
